Something strange is happening in gyms, parks, and air-conditioned sports centers across the country. Nets are popping up where no nets have been before. Middle-aged neighbors are showing up in tennis shoes they haven’t worn in years. Teenagers are voluntarily putting down their phones. And that weird little plastic ball with holes? It’s become the…
Students working on advanced work need instructors who have the ability to teach it! We have those available and during select times with our group classes. We have made these groups specifically with you in mind. It saves money, gives technique instructions and endurance training in our lanes with 45 minute group time, but in small groups of 5 or less so to not be crowded like other places. Once a student is passed the semi private stage and ready, we send them to our next level of training for group classes. Whether you are training for swim team or something else, we got you covered. Check out the classes here.

As a parent, do you feel comfortable walking away from your child, turning your back and knowing that they will not jump off the step because they can listen and wait for you? Our instructors are trained to watch, but things happen. And we only want to have safe environments for your children and not pair them with unsafe children.
Your child can do a 30 minute 2:1 class. Do they have to? No they can do a 15 minute class. Each of our instructors are trained to tailor the lessons based on the children’s needs and we pair children together based on age and levels.

15 minutes goes a long way. Your child’s attention span doesn’t last long and the shorter lessons keep their attention and progress! With the starfish they start with the water safety skills and progress into motor skills! They not only are learning proper swimming skills, the class is preparing them for longer lessons, having a partner and having to wait their turn.

Our water safety program is designed with your child safety in mind! Your baby can learn to save themselves as young as 6 months with proper training! At 6 months to 2 years we focus only on breath control, rolling over and floating on back. Eventually as motor skills progress so do our progressions with your child.
